Dentro de la Ciudad de México hay varios lugares que antaño eran pueblos cercanos a la ciudad y con el tiempo ésta se los “tragó”. Es el caso de Tlalpan, que ahora es una Delegación y hace años era un municipio. Pero el centro sigue conservando ese aire de Pueblito, al igual que Coyoacán, San Ángel, etc.

Within Mexico City there are certain areas that years ago used to be little towns nearby the city. The unstopable growth of the city has “devoured” these little towns and now they are like oasis among the traffic and chaos. This is Tlalpan, a lovely place to visit.
